MWADB Technical Company, provides a wide range of maintenance solutions, including but not limited to AC & HVAC repair and installation, duct cleaning, plumbing, electrical works, painting, and general home renovations. We strive to deliver the highest quality of workmanship. However, the timelines and final outcomes may vary depending on the specific condition of your property and equipment.
2. Eligibility & Bookings
By booking our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to authorize work at the specified property in Dubai. All service bookings, including 24/7 emergency calls, are subject to the availability of our technical teams.
3. Pricing, Approvals, and Payments
We believe in 100% transparent pricing. Before starting any major repair or installation, our technicians will provide an initial diagnosis and a clear quotation. Work will only commence upon your approval. Payments are due upon the completion of the agreed-upon services unless an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or other specific payment terms have been established in writing.
4. User & Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide our technicians with safe and unobstructed access to the work area, equipment (such as AC units, electrical panels), and necessary utilities (like water and electricity) required to complete the job. You are also responsible for securing any necessary permits or gate passes required by your building management or community in Dubai prior to our arrival.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, MWADB Technical. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of preexisting faults in your property’s plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems. Our liability is strictly limited to the specific repair or installation work performed by our certified technicians.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, service descriptions, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of our company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
